Neal Chalofsky has 40+ years of experience working in and with both the private and public sector, as well as non-profits, associations, and numerous other types of organizations. His network of associates represent not only approximately the same number of years of experience, but a variety of expertise in the organization behavior and development arena.
We can provide either process consulting or specific interventions. We always start with some kind of an organizational diagnosis to determine the most appropriate approach, then provide recommendations that usually include options for the client. Our expertise runs the gamut from group facilitation and action learning to appreciative inquiry and large group & system interventions.
We work with our clients as partners - not as hired help. Our fees are negotiable and we do provide pro-bono and reduced fee services to community-based, charitable, and other non-profit organizations.
